This page describes how the official API website currently handles information. It is based on the live technical implementation. It is not a complete legal policy until the missing controller details listed below are added.

WHAT THIS SITE DOES
Booking requests are opened in your own email app via mailto. This website does not store booking form submissions on a server.
Listening to the latest set on this site uses the Mixcloud player only after you allow media / third-party content in cookie settings, or after you choose Accept All.
Links to Instagram, TikTok, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, YouTube and Fanlink open those services in a new tab. Those destinations have their own privacy practices.
STILL NEEDED
To complete this policy, API still needs to provide: legal name of the data controller, postal address, VAT / tax ID if applicable, retention periods, and any processors beyond the hosting and Mixcloud player already identified in the cookie page.
